Did you find this information useful? I haven’t used Ghost in many years, but I have been told that the recent versions support Windows PE. I suggest trying the Vista or Windows 7 version: I finish the ghost session without a drop in probably 1 out of 2 cases, and typical ghost session lasts roughly a half hour to transfer the image to the computer.
Previous to the latest laptops having LM network adapter, this issue never happened in my computer lab. I have found the latest series of laptops seems to have a connection drop issue when using inhel DOS drivers from Intel’s site although gigabih DOS drivers directly from Intel are much more stable than the ones available at Lenovo which haven’t been updated in quite some time.
I have never done it myself, so I can’t tell you how.

Do you have a link to the UPD, and does it allow full gigabit duplex? Sorry I posted the wrong link. I am not sure if you still have the issue since it’s an old post, but here’s the link from intel where you can download the driver fro T Upon termination, you will immediately destroy the Software or return all copies of the Software to Intel. This solution was for a similar problem but only provides info on how to fix for Windows XP. Here is the link for the blog I mentioned in my previous post: Any help would be appreciate.
